Fight Colds with Chinese Medicine

What can you do at the first sign of a cold? Using self-massage, medicinal foods, and over-the-counter products can shorten the length of your cold and lessen the severity of symptoms.

Constitutional Assessment
Tuesday, April 15, 5:30-7:30pm at the office

Della will address the 5 basic constitution types in Chinese medicine. Each constitution type tends toward certain health conditions and responses to stress.

At this workshop you'll learn to

  • assess your constitution
  • develop a plan to prevent illness and promote your health
  • how to use food, exercise and meditation according to your constitutional type

Self-Care Workshop
Thursday, March 13, 6:30-7:30pm at the office

Della will host an hour-long workshop on how acupuncture works and how to get the most from your care.

Besides understanding more about acupuncture you'll leave the workshop knowing

  • Self-care you can do to reinforce your acupuncture sessions
  • Acupressure techniques
  • How Chinese medicine creates your optimal health
