Arvigo Techniques™ of Maya Abdominal Massage

This women-only session will focus on self care techniques founded on the time-honored tradition of Mayan midwives and healers. We will learn methods to heal and maintain pelvic health that support our reproductive/creativity systems. Meditate Heal and Grow as a community of women.

An AWEsome workshop for new patients!
These workshops are a great way to find out more about acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
You’ll learn what services are available at our clinic and how to use acupuncture to feel your best. Learn what conditions acupuncture can treat, and how to gauge when to come in less or more often for treatment.
All new patients are urged to attend an AWE workshop.
It’s also a great opportunity to bring a friend or family member who wants to know more about acupuncture and Chinese medicine!
Spring Cleanse & Detoxification

Revitalize, restore, refresh yourself. Simply put, a detoxifying cleanse is a time for you to "reboot" your body. And spring is the perfect time to harness the seasons to benefit our bodies by cleansing and detoxifying our diet and lifestyle.
In this workshop we look at why we should cleanse, what to cleanse, and explore gentle ways of eating that support your body. We will review ways to use foods, exercise, meditation, and lifestyle habits to naturally rid built up food congesting your system, and eliminate toxins that tax your body and cause negative symptoms.
