Our Mission
MetroWest Whole Health exists to be of service to our community by offering quality alternative healthcare rooted in traditional Oriental Medicine: specifically, Chinese and Japanese medicine, Ayurveda, and Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

WE provide quality care that is affordable and accessible both socially and culturally.

WE foster individual empowerment through education, interpersonal relationships/community and access to Oriental medicine, emphasizing acupuncture, lifestyle practices (diet, exercise, and relaxation), and herbal medicine.

WE promote sustainable business practices and act responsibly as members of our community from the local to the global levels.

Community Setting
MetroWest Whole Health provides a comfortable and relaxing environment that fosters health and healing. The facilities offers space for personalized care in serene community settings.

Most US acupuncturists treat patients on tables in individual cubicles. This is not traditional in Asia, where acupuncture usually occurs in a community setting. In our clinic we use zero-gravity recliners to care for patients in a large, quiet, soothing space. Treating patients in a community setting has many benefits: it's easy for friends and family members to receive treatment together, and it 's comforting as the collective energetic field nurtures the entire group. Acupuncturists circulate through the treatment area throughout your session. If you want to get up, need something to drink or have a question, we will be there to assist you.

Community acupuncture treatment represents a return to tradition. Community acupuncturists focus on using “distal” points (below the knee and elbow, and on the head and neck) so that patients can remain fully clothed during treatment. Many patients prefer a community setting because they find it more convenient and relaxing.
